Pusha Pusha (Axe)

Song Information

Title: Pusha Pusha
Album: Zumba Fitness© ZIN 25 (Available to licensed Zumba© instructors who were ZIN members at the time of release). Pusha Pusha is also available from a group called Axe Bahia on their album Positivo. It's not available on iTunes, last I checked, but I was able to order their CD through a seller on Amazon. I LOVE that group.

INTRO: standard 1/2 tempo water jog from side to side

- - - - : Destroza for 8 counts in one direction. Then 8 counts in the other direction. **The deeper they are then the closer their legs need to be together.** For example, if water is shoulder level then it will look more like a march with a side hip thrust. Try it in the water and you will see what I mean. Arms swish out to help the body circle.

| | X X: Tuck jump with both legs for two beats then push down with both legs in a wide leg position for two beats.

+ + + +: Hop on one foot while the opposite knee comes up high for two beats, then switch feet.

\ / \ /: Lunges with a propel and pushing down with an open palm. For lower intensity, have the class make a fist and ommit the propel.

M M M M: swirl the water with the hands in an S shape

W W W W: SPANK IT! Nice and slow.
